Enjoyed Presenting 10/12

Thank you to Eleanor Buscher, M.S. for sponsoring my presentation in Pompton Plains, NJ last Sunday, as well as everyone who attended. I was impressed with the large turn out on such a gorgeous Indian summer day. You were a lovely group of people with such beautifully rich inner lives. Thank you for all that you shared as well as your warm hearted felt response. I trust you left with some sense of how Mindfulness can enrich your life as well as your Focusing process. I'd love to be able to share more of the "Restoring Connection" model with you some time in the not too distant future.
